Bingham, from a grassroots level, sits down with judges, probation officers, city officials and common citizens with the goal to inform the American citizen of their constitutional rights, provide educational and occupational guidance to high school and college students, and be a voice for change.

Festus, Missouri is home of the Festus Tigers, a place where the likes of Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall represented The Douglass Cooperative High School teachers in 1940.
